Reservation and Licensing Periods
To accommodate your scheduling needs, we offer flexible reservation options:
- For monthly rentals, reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to the start date, with a maximum contiguous License Period of two months. Extensions beyond this period require 30 days' prior written notice, subject to availability.
- For daily and weekly rentals, reservations are required 14 days in advance of the event.
- Deposits and signed license agreements must be received at least 10 days in advance of the event.
License Fees
Our competitive pricing is structured to offer value while accommodating various event durations:
- Daily License Fee: $175.00, applicable for up to four consecutive days.
- Weekly License Fee: $150.00 per day for five consecutive days.
- Monthly License Fee: $3,500.00, providing an extended opportunity for those requiring a longer tenure.
