Curb appeal program
DevelopSpringfield’s Curb Appeal Program aims to promote neighborhood revitalization by providing grants of up to $5,000 for exterior improvements to residential properties in certain target areas. Currently, program funds are limited to the tornado-impacted zone in portions of the Maple High Six Corners and Old Hill neighborhoods near Central Street, the new Elias Brookings Elementary School, and Springfield College (see map below).
Funding for the Curb Appeal Program has been made possible through the generous support of the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts (Eugene A. Dexter Charitable Fund), TD Charitable Foundation, DevelopSpringfield, and the Rotary Club of West Springfield.
